## Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our project team for a duration of 3 to 6 months. The internship offers hands-on experience in sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management for engineering projects.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers to meet project requirements and budget constraints

- Draft vendor comparison tables in accordance with company procurement policies

- Support the preparation and issuance of purchase orders and contracts in SAP HANA

- Maintain records and registers of all issued purchase orders, categorizing them by WBS elements and filing them in the appropriate server folders

- Collaborate with project teams to understand material specifications and project timelines

- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and track industry trends

- Participate in supplier negotiations to secure favorable terms and conditions

- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and inventory levels

- Monitor supplier performance and address delivery or quality-related issues

- Support compliance with company procurement policies and standards

- Review external vendor invoices and follow up on supporting documentation to ensure audit compliance

- Support the processing of goods receipts for all vendors

- Support procurement processes, including drafting NDAs, managing KYP processes, and registering new vendors

- Support the preparation of commercial invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes

**Requirements:**

- Students pursuing a Higher Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Familiarity with ERP/SAP HANA systems and procurement software

- Basic understanding of contract management and negotiation principles

- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory compliance
