## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at West Park Darlington, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to driving sales growth.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported throughout their shopping experience

- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge, particularly in the food section, to make recommendations and drive sales

- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience and meet their needs efficiently

- Collaborating with colleagues to create a positive, high-energy environment that supports seamless customer service

- Adapting to changing demands and priorities, including working across different areas of the store as needed

As a Customer Assistant, you will be expected to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and potentially full-time hours during peak periods, specifically the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
