## Description

Provide basic and some comprehensive data management expertise to the Clinical Data Management (CDM) team to deliver efficient, quality data management products that meet customer needs. You may also undertake team leadership activities under supervision.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Serve as a Data Operations Coordinator (DOC) for one protocol with less than 5 operations staff or 15+ easy to moderately complex central laboratory studies

- Lead specific data management tasks, such as coding, testing or database design, with guidance

- Conduct data reviews and write data clarifications

- Lead database audit teams and develop/test databases

- Perform programming testing and clinical data coding

- Understand and comply with core operating procedures and working instructions

- Meet assigned objectives and develop good communications with the CDM team

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Clinical, Biological or Mathematical Sciences, or a related field

- Equivalent combination of education, training and experience in lieu of degree

- Exposure to medical terminology

- Excellent organisational, communication, leadership and computer skills

- Attention to detail and ability to act independently with initiative

- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
