## Description

We are seeking a Head of Route to Market to lead the development, advancement, and implementation of Red Bull's Route-to-Market strategy in Germany. The successful candidate will drive sustainable and profitable growth across all relevant channels, customers, and distribution models.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the Route-to-Market strategy for Germany, aligning with global Red Bull objectives

- Identify growth and efficiency potentials across various distribution models

- Manage strategic customers and distribution partners

- Optimize reporting and governance structures

- Build and lead a high-performing RTM organization

- Lead complex transformation and RTM projects

- Ensure REACH performance in On Premise and Off Premise areas

Requirements:

- Completed business or economics studies

- Fluent German and excellent English language skills

- Strategic and commercial customer management experience across various channels and distribution models

- Ability to translate strategic goals into pragmatic measures

- Experience in leading complex matrix organizations and managing stakeholders at executive level

- Analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decisions

- High implementation strength, speed, and result orientation

- Experience in developing, leading, and motivating high-performance teams

- Ability to connect global priorities with local market requirements
