## Description

The Audience Growth & Social Media Producer is responsible for producing and creating native social content for MSN social channels. This includes editing and creating native social content to drive audiences to MSN content and CoPilot. The role also involves working with creators and experimenting with content and trends.

Key responsibilities include:

- Creating and publishing MSN content across MSN socials with a focus on editorial accuracy, audience growth, and creative native social content.

- Creating, producing, and editing native vertical social video.

- Creating, producing, and editing native social graphics.

- Overseeing and executing a social publishing strategy across legacy social to drive referrals and audience to MSN content.

- Working with the Senior Social and Creative Lead on social series and innovative social storytelling formats on TikTok and Instagram.

- Collaborating with the Director of Content and Senior Audience Growth and Creative Lead on big editorial executions around key events.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, economics, public relations, or a related field, and 1+ year of experience in integrated marketing, event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or a related field.

Preferred qualifications include fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere and Photoshop, and a proven track record of producing and creating native social content and optimizing content for TikTok and Instagram.
