**Job Purpose:** You will be responsible for all marketing and sales activities to achieve business objectives within business policies and guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage daily advertising and sales promotion activities

- Recommend product modifications or improvements to the product line

- P&L management and budget control of responsible products

- Lead new product launches in coordination with cross-functional teams

- Develop sales processes and formulate pricing models with Market Access and Finance

- Promote and manage sales achievements and forecasts

- Perform needs analysis, development, negotiation, sale, delivery, and post-sale services for a group of clients

- Communicate and track short and long-range sales and marketing plans

- Comply with integrity and compliance standards

- Formulate and execute plans to achieve objectives
