## Description

Syneos Health is seeking a Chinese speaking Project Associate. As a Project Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving the planning and execution of elements of clinical trials in partnership with the Project Lead.

Responsibilities:

- Drive the planning and execution of elements of clinical trials

- Ensure projects adhere to strict timelines and are delivered within budget

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for efficient project execution

- Conduct ongoing analysis of project performance to drive successful completion of short and long-term goals

- Maintain and distribute study-specific financial reports

- Document project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders

- Lead communication between project team members

- Document and escalate project risks and issues

- Perform maintenance of systems and project management tools and methodologies

- Drive quality assurance activities, including preparation for audits and internal review

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, nursing, project management, or related field

- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements

- Strong organizational skills

- Ability to manage time and work independently

- High proficiency with full MS Office Applications and/or project management software tools

- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal skills, both written and spoken

- Effective verbal and writing skills in English and Chinese

- Ability to travel if necessary (approximately 5%)
