## Description

We are seeking a Data Engineering Manager (DBA) to support the successful delivery of location strategy projects. You will be responsible for building and maintaining systems that collect, store, process, and analyse data.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Build and maintain data architectures, pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes to ensure accurate, accessible, and secure data.

- Design and implement data warehouses and data lakes that manage data volumes and velocity, adhering to security measures.

- Develop processing and analysis algorithms for complex data.

- Collaborate with data scientists to build and deploy machine learning models.

**Vice President Expectations:**

- Contribute to or set strategy, drive requirements, and make recommendations for change.

- Manage resources, budgets, and policies; deliver continuous improvements.

- Demonstrate leadership and accountability for managing risk and strengthening controls.

**Requirements:**

- Deep expertise in RAC, ASM, Data Guard, GoldenGate, RMAN backup/recovery, SQL, PL/SQL, and OCI Cloud.

- Experience designing and managing OCI database services, networking, IAM, and security models.

- Strong scripting experience in Python, Shell, Terraform, and OCI CLI/SDK.

**Nice to Have:**

- Experience with multi-region and hybrid cloud setups.

- Knowledge of Terraform, OCI Resource Manager, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based workflows.
