## Description

Mejuri is seeking a Floor Lead to join their store leadership team at The Galeries in Sydney. The Floor Lead will drive the success of the store by upholding exceptional customer service standards, fostering team development, and ensuring seamless execution of daily operations.

Responsibilities:

- Lead by example and validate the quality of the in-store customer experience

- Maximize results and achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Ensure positive customer experience and promotion of services offerings

- Participate in inventory management, order fulfillment, and storage organization

- Support in maintaining organizational integrity of the back of house

- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and other retail technology

- Participate in identifying and escalating opportunities, gaps, risks, and roadblocks

- Participate in merchandising, visual presentation, and maintenance of brand standards

- Support in onboarding, assessing, and engaging with team members

Requirements:

- Experience in a high-volume retail environment

- Adaptable with the ability to think creatively and quickly

- Excellent organization and analytical skills

- Critical thinking ability

- Physical requirements: Ability to stand for 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs

- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
