## Description

We're seeking a Customer and Trading Manager to lead our convenience store in Glasgow, Lanarkshire. As a key member of our management team, you'll drive business performance, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and develop your team.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Manage the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer service

- Work closely with a small team of managers to achieve business objectives

- Take responsibility for people management, including performance management, disciplinaries, and scheduling

- Help neighbouring stores when needed

**Requirements:**

- Previous line management experience in a fast-paced, operational environment

- Proven track record of delivering brilliant customer service and coaching colleagues

- Experience of leading a team in a customer-facing environment

- Ability to manage disciplinaries, performance issues, and employee relations

- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding KPIs
