## Description

You want Purpose. Growth. Opportunity. As the Product Owner for a portfolio of focused digital and MarCom platforms, you will help prioritise enhancements, administration, optimisation, and stakeholder needs across solutions that complement our MarTech stack.

**Product ownership**

- Define and maintain practical roadmaps for a portfolio of focused platforms, balancing business value, operational needs, technical dependencies, stakeholder demand, and available capacity.

- Act as the primary liaison with platform subject matter experts, business owners, IT partners, and vendors to support governance, enhancements, upgrades, and issue resolution.

- Ensure platforms follow applicable MarTech, data, privacy, security, accessibility, and integration standards, escalating when deeper technical expertise is required.

**Platform portfolio management**

- Oversee day-to-day coordination of assigned platforms, ensuring they remain reliable, documented, secure, compliant, and fit for purpose.

- Prioritise and implement enhancements that improve usability, adoption, reporting, accessibility, and alignment with stakeholder needs.

- Coordinate integrations, data flows, permissions, vendor activities, and platform documentation, with support from technical specialists as needed.

**Drive innovation**

- Identify practical opportunities to improve the assigned platform portfolio through automation, AI-enabled capabilities, data insights, and process simplification.

- Align platform improvements with Marketing and Communication needs through collaboration with MarTech Enablement, regional stakeholders, IT, vendors, and the broader MarCom team.

- Translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements, backlog items, acceptance criteria, and implementation plans for platforms with moderate complexity or shared ownership.

**The skills that set you apart**

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.

- Minimum 3 years in digital product or project management, preferable in a B2B organisation.

- Experience with MarTech platforms.

- Experience with agentic AI is a strong asset.

- Generalist understanding of digital platforms, integrations, APIs, data privacy, permissions, reporting, and vendor-supported solutions.

- Familiarity with product ownership practices, backlog management, stakeholder engagement, user adoption, and digital experience principles.

- Ability to assess when a platform requires light MarTech stewardship versus deeper technical, architectural, or specialist support.

- Excellent communication in English and French.

- Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving abilities, collaborative mindset, and curious.

**Compensation**

- BC, AB, SK, NWT & NU: $93,700 – $124,200

- MB & ON: $85,500 - $117,800

- Atlantic Provinces & QC: $84,700 – $112,400
