As a Managing Consultant, Services Business Development, you will be on the frontlines, building excitement and generating demand for Mastercard's unique services, while partnering with solutions experts to achieve the desired end.

Key responsibilities include:

- Identifying client's pain points, root causes, and potential solutions

- Owning the sales process from prospecting to writing well-structured and persuasive proposals

- Ensuring end-to-end ownership of contract execution and coordination with internal key functions such as legal and finance departments

- Working with Mastercard account managers and clients to identify new business opportunities

- Building effective working relationships across management levels in client organizations

- Understanding client's organizational systems and taking a considered approach to problem-solving

- Ensuring alignment among Mastercard stakeholders and managing dependencies

- Partnering with project teams to ensure project quality

- Developing Intellectual Capital in Special Interest Groups at Mastercard

Requirements:

- Experience in consulting at a top-tier consulting firm or a niche consultancy (focused on Financial Services-strategy/insights-focused practice preferred)

- Experience leading end-to-end consulting projects/programs

- Experience supporting design and pitch of proposals

- Experience working in fast-paced environments with a strong can-do attitude

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent analytical skills

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and as an individual contributor
