## Description

To strengthen our experienced teams, we are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer that will join our office in Montevideo. You will work individually but you will be a part of the international IT support team in the Sportradar Group.

The challenge involves being the first level of tech support, managing day-to-day IT operations, facilitating IT procurement, desktop support, and active directory among other duties, and collaborating with our global development teams.

You should have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in computer science or an equivalent. You require a strong background in Microsoft products, including Windows Server, Office, Windows 10, Azure, and WSUS. Other essential skills include antivirus software, asset management tools, good communication skills, fluency in English, willingness to learn new technologies, and a positive, team-player attitude with a can-do mindset.
