**About the Role**

You'll maintain and drive marketing channels, expand group insurance business, and provide services.

**Responsibilities**

- 负责营管处团险业务推动 (40%)

+ Guide agents to develop group insurance clients and achieve sales targets   + Enhance agent channel activity and increase group insurance business value   + Drive business in designated areas and meet sales goals   + Organise product and sales technique training for agents

- 营管处竞赛及活动规划与执行 (30%)

+ Develop effective business plans and track progress   + Manage competition and activity expenses

- 客户陪访及员工福利说明会的举办 (20%)

+ Accompany clients, create proposals, and explain insurance plans   + Promote WSM among agents   + Host employee benefits seminars

- 代理人渠道沟通及维护 (10%)

+ Regular communication with ADE/ADM and marketing managers

**Requirements**

- University degree or higher

- 5+ years of relevant work experience

- Proficient in MS-Office software

- Experience in finance, insurance, marketing, sales, HR, or education

- Marketing experience, especially in group insurance

- Customer-focused with strong communication skills

- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, teamwork, and customer service
