**Job Summary** We are currently seeking a Care Support Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated team, supporting a client based in London, SW8 area.

**Main Duties of the Job** As a Care Support Assistant, you will receive full training to help you thrive in your role and gain confidence in providing quality care. You will work 20-24 hours per week, including day shifts and waking night shifts. Potential shift patterns include:

- 07:00 - 14:00

- 14:00 - 21:00

- 21:00 - 07:00

**Your Responsibilities as a Care Support Assistant**

- Provide BiPAP (night time ventilation)

- Personal care and toileting

- Anxiety and pain management

- Provide companionship and emotional support

- Help with household tasks

- Organise events and plan travel

- Support clients to attend appointments and community activities

- Medication management (ordering, collecting and administering)

**What We’re Looking For** To be successful as a Care Support Assistant, you’ll need:

- A caring and empathetic nature

- Good communication skills

- A genuine desire to support others

- Basic IT and record-keeping skills

- A full UK driving licence is advantageous

- Previous experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided
