## Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at ATI Physical Therapy in Covington, WA.

**Job Summary:** As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function. You will conduct initial evaluations, create treatment plans, and provide ongoing care to patients in an outpatient setting.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct initial evaluations to assess patient needs and develop treatment plans

- Provide physical therapy services to patients, including exercises, modalities, and education

- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

- Maintain accurate records and reports

**Requirements:**

- Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
