## Description

The Tactical Recon and Strike (TRS) team at Anduril develops aerial small drones and equipment to test, deploy, and operate. The Tactical Effects Team is a cornerstone business line of the TRS group that is growing rapidly. As the Head of Business Line Operations, you will support the Ghost and Precision Engagement Systems business lines.

You will own all aspects of business operations and infrastructure, ensuring business development, engineering, and production teams have what they need to execute. You will serve as the General Manager's chief strategist to balance resource and execution risk against growth plans, regularly monitoring financials to guide the company toward profitability targets.

Responsibilities include:

- Translating growth signals into demand across operational infrastructure, including staffing, real estate, test ranges, classified infrastructure, and production

- Developing and evolving the business line's governance structure, including business reviews, annual planning, employee onboarding, and all-hands meetings

- Collaborating with division leadership to evolve the organizational structure and define strong hiring, onboarding, and execution standards

- Executing special projects, evolving internal processes, and leading M&A efforts as needed

Requirements:

- 5-7+ years of varied experience in an operating role at a high-growth technology company, starting a venture, or in finance or consulting

- Experience solving complex, ambiguous, cross-functional problems in a people-centric way

- High ownership and low ego, with a strong outcome orientation and high humility

- Detail-oriented and data-driven, with the ability to learn quickly
