## Description

We're seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead transformation and drive performance in our operations. As a critical leadership role, you'll shape culture, ensure quality, and enhance efficiency.

## Responsibilities

- Lead a dedicated hourly team, fostering an environment for optimal performance and empowerment.

- Champion workplace safety, enforcing regulations and promoting vigilance.

- Drive operational excellence, meeting production targets and addressing performance shortcomings.

- Prioritize tasks, allocate resources efficiently, and address safety and quality issues promptly.

- Develop and implement solutions, make informed decisions, and adapt to changing circumstances.

- Foster a positive work environment, motivating your team to achieve shared goals.

- Utilize data to reduce downtime and quality defects, driving efficiency and quality improvements.

- Identify and eliminate inefficiencies, improving processes and driving innovation.

- Address and mediate conflicts fairly, building strong working relationships.

- Champion accountability, managing performance and ensuring fairness.

- Collaborate with team members, unions, and management to drive continuous improvement.

## Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3–7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, or relevant experience.

- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

- Fundamental knowledge of PLC logic and controls.

- Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodology and/or Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) is advantageous.

This position is a grade 7 salary, ranging from $86,600-$144,900.
