As a Cluster Head, you will work closely with the agency in conversion of sales opportunities, monitoring the sales activities and be the intermediary to the operation functions.

**Job Description:**

- Lead a team of Business Development Managers and be accountable for the KPIs and development of the team

- Work closely with the Business Performance Team in developing cluster campaigns and new channels for agencies to acquire customers, such as roadshows, digital lead generation, associations, and networking events

- Look beyond existing solutions and own area to define and resolve complex issues in new situations

- Drive sales through identified key performance indicators and strategic objectives

- Implement sales management strategies to improve the texture of the business

- Assist Financial Consultants and Agency Leaders to achieve their production through seminars, campaigns, sales training, objections handling, and sharing of best practices by top producers

- Conduct quarterly cluster updates, recognition, and organize strategic initiatives to drive production, service, and compliance

- Work closely with designated underwriters and the AML team on underwriting requirements, especially for HNW/Affluent cases

- Manage stakeholders by fostering clear communication internally and externally

- Work with internal stakeholders to leverage digital and media to reach out to new customer segments

**Working Experience:**

- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Distribution Management or Business Development roles

**Professional Qualifications:**

- CMFAS M5, M9, M9A, and HI certifications are preferred

**Education:**

- Bachelor's degree in Business or related fields of study
