## Description

Electronic Arts is seeking a Content Designer to work on EA SPORTS College Football. The designer will report to the team Producer and Development Director, maintaining and balancing the game's core and meta-game while creating live service ideas and features.

Responsibilities:

- Support the game vision set by the Creative Director and Product Owner

- Maintain all design aspects of a game-as-service throughout its life cycle

- Create engaging designs and prototypes while upholding EA SPORTS' high standards of quality

- Balance gameplay for fun, player acquisition, monetization, and engagement

- Preserve the original IP's core brand values and game experience

- Inspire the game team through progressive, creative design

- Provide and receive constructive critiques with suggestions for improvement

- Stay current with industry trends, new game genres, design methods, and platforms

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Game Design or equivalent experience

- 2+ years of industry experience in game design or quality assurance

- Knowledge of the NFL or College Football

- Experience creating and implementing game concepts using various tools

- Familiarity with sports gaming

- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Experience with Live Service mechanics, theories, and implementation
