## Description

As a Field Marketing Intern, you will experience Red Bull up close and make yourself visible within the student world.

You will work on creative activations, events, and projects that engage students and create brand love.

Together with the Field Marketing Team, you will support 70 Student Marketers, our brand ambassadors in the field.

You will help them make an impact on campuses, during events, and at places where students gather.

In this diverse internship, you will combine creativity with organization, from brainstorming new ideas and planning activations to analyzing results and contacting teams in the field.

You will have a lot of responsibility and see the direct impact of your work.

You will rotate in an energetic team that is at the center of the organization and works daily on visibility and brand love for the brand and product among students.

The Field Marketing Team consists of a Brand Manager Field Marketing, two Field Marketing Specialists, and two Field Marketing Interns.

Together, you will give students wings, and you will have the opportunity to develop yourself within Brand Marketing.

**Responsibilities:**

- Field Marketing: You will think along with us about how to integrate Red Bull in a creative and relevant way into events and student life.

- Planning & Organization: You will help the Student Marketeer Program run smoothly.

- Management & Development Student Marketers: In this role, you will develop your leadership and coaching skills.

- Recruitment & Selection Student Marketers: Together with the Team Captains, you are responsible for attracting new Student Marketers.

- Everything is possible: At Red Bull, no day is the same.

**Requirements:**

- Relevant HBO or WO education in Marketing, Communication, Management, Business Administration, HR, or another relevant study

- Energetic and ambitious student with passion for the Red Bull brand and product

- Works independently, is confident, and dares to take responsibility

- Excellent social skills

- A result-driven and sharp organizational talent with attention to detail

- A good understanding of the Red Bull brand and the values it wants to convey

- Available from February 2027 for 7 months

- Five days a week available and sometimes also on weekends

- A driver's license is required
