## Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Coolblue, working part-time or full-time, 40 hours a week. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will be working in a home office setting, equipped with your own laptop and workspace. You will have a flexible schedule, with the ability to determine your own working hours, as long as you work within the 40-hour limit per week. You will also have access to our in-house learning centre to further develop your skills and advance in your career.

Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner

- Work in a flexible home office setting, with a stable internet connection and a dedicated workspace

- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives

- Participate in paid training and development programmes to enhance skills and knowledge

- Represent Coolblue in a professional and enthusiastic manner

- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping

Requirements:

- Native-level German language skills and fluent English

- Suitable home office setup, with a stable internet connection and a dedicated workspace, within a 90-minute radius of Düsseldorf

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer inquiries simultaneously

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is desirable, but not essential

- Ability to work 1-2 Saturdays per month, depending on the contract model
