## Description

As a Creator Operations Project Manager Assistant Intern at Ubisoft, you will support the Creator Operations team in implementing and optimizing processes and tools to manage campaigns with content creators.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Project Management: contributing to the management of ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met, and coordinating efforts between different teams.

- Deployment of New Processes: assisting in planning and coordinating the rollout of new operational processes, training teams on new procedures, and providing ongoing support.

- Operational Process Analysis and Improvement: participating in evaluating existing processes and tools to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement, collaborating with internal teams to design and implement automation solutions, and monitoring performance indicators.

- Competitive Intelligence: monitoring industry news and carrying out benchmarks and case studies related to creators' strategies and observed market trends.

To qualify, you should be a student with a first experience in project or product management, have strong coordination and project management skills, be diplomatic, a team player, and have strong communication skills.
