## Description

We are looking for an Oracle ERP Cloud – Program Manager to join our Consumer Goods, Retail & Logistics practice. As a Principal level role, you will support requirement workshops, help define problem statements, review/analyse requirements specifications from the business needs, support the creation of to-be flows, fit gap analysis documentation, provide solution alternatives, create detailed design documentation, and test.

Responsibilities:

- Leading program management functions across the full lifecycle of Oracle Cloud transformation programmes – from early-stage assessments and discovery through to design, build, deployment and hypercare

- Driving pre-implementation assessments and discovery workshops to evaluate current-state processes, define future-state vision and build the business case for Oracle Cloud adoption

- Managing all workstreams comprised of on- and off-shore resources of the project and is responsible for the overall delivery of the Oracle ERP/EPM Cloud transformation programme

- Manage large delivery teams to design end-to-end solutions and ensure deliverables are consistent with design principles, standards and methodologies

- Use knowledge of the Oracle Cloud roadmap and other Oracle offerings, along with industry guidance and leading practices to support the facilitation of executive level business decisions

- Inspire and develop junior colleagues and support their professional development

- Managing diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution
