## Description

The Data Intelligence Product Owner is responsible for maximising the value of ServiceNow Platform by translating business needs into a prioritised backlog and leading delivery across the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accountable for ServiceNow Platform Analytics and associated data lakes such as Code Orange (Azure Data Lake)

- Partner with business stakeholders to understand functional needs and define product outcomes

- Own and manage the Product backlog

- Make prioritisation decisions for the Product backlog

- Lead the Product team’s delivery activities

- Define and communicate requirements and acceptance criteria for the target analytics and reporting framework

- Drive operational readiness

- Define and maintain the Product performance dashboard

- Ensure product changes follow required security controls and risk assessments

- Support Solution Architects to assess design options

- Act as an escalation point for the Product team and business users

- Contribute to the improvement of delivery practices within the Product

Professional Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field

- Industry certifications highly desirable

Area of Specialisation:

- Knowledge of functional domains within Global Functions

- Understanding of product performance measures and KPIs

Experience Required:

- Overall 15+ Year and typically 5+ years of experience working in product delivery

- Deep data modeling and Databricks technical proficiency

- Proven experience defining and prioritising functional requirements

- Experience working within Enterprise HR Technology

- Experience working directly with business stakeholders

- Demonstrated ability to make prioritisation decisions

- Experience leading delivery teams or analysts

- Familiarity with enterprise governance requirements

- Exposure to continuous improvement approaches

Desirable Requirements:

- Deep data modeling and ServiceNow data structure expertise

- CMDB and Common Service Data Model understanding

- Deep experience in defining and configuring data models

- Able to provide expert guidance on data definitions and modeling patterns
