## Description

We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Implementation to lead customer-facing implementation projects of both technical and non-technical complexity. The successful candidate will work closely with Customer Delivery, Global Products & Services, and Account Teams across the Asia Pacific region to provide expert consultation, drive implementation initiatives, and deliver post-production support for Mastercard’s core and emerging products.

Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple projects and initiatives as an Implementation Project Manager, ensuring high-quality delivery, operational reliability, and a seamless customer experience.

- Translate customer needs into implementation activities, guiding them through established implementation procedures, standard specifications, and required documentation.

- Drive customer processing implementation projects of electronic payments processing business activities following the global project coordination methodology.

- Be the subject matter expert on Mastercard products and services for internal and external customers.

Requirements:

- EMV/Contactless or Mobile Payment with understanding of OAuth protocol or APIs used for authentication or authorization is a plus.

- Understanding of payment transaction processing and industry business principles.

- Understanding of Mastercard’s payment processing systems, formats, and associated customer host interface testing services and principles.

- Experience with Mastercard services in the past (dual-message/single-message) is a plus.

- Previous role as an Implementation Project Manager or Project Manager managing multiple complex projects in a fast-changing environment.

- Excellent communication skills, with ability to clearly articulate technical and business aspects to internal teams and customers.

- Highly motivated, enterprising team player with strong problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
