## Description

We're looking for a Claims Analyst to support assigned channels by providing full claims support advisory.

**Responsibilities:**

- Process and decide on claim settlements and approve within authority limit

- Ensure all enquiries are responded to in a timely manner

- Work closely with brokers, corporate clients, and OSS on claims matters, enquiries, and complaints

- Liaise with healthcare providers and TPAs

- Present to brokers and corporate clients on claim processes

- Track operational statistics for Claims reporting

- Handle exceptional claims escalated issues and appeals

- Perform claims audits and reviews as assigned

- Carry out tasks assigned by the Team Lead and Head of Claims

- Manage and respond to escalation cases and requests from OSS Contact Centre, Claims, PMM team, Brokers, Direct clients, and internal sections

- Perform claims data analysis to monitor results and identify gaps or trends as part of Pro-Active Claims Management

- Plan and execute User Acceptance Test (UAT) test scenarios for digital projects and system enhancements

- Support other enhancements and internal and external projects as assigned

**Requirements:**

- Degree holder in Business or a related discipline preferred

- At least 3 years of experience in Employee Benefits Claims, Medical Claims, or Third-Party Administration management

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in digitalization and operational systems efficiency

- Good verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills

- Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment

- Self-motivated, highly organized, able to work independently, and goal-oriented

- Experience in data analysis is an added advantage
