## Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our team at The Imperial Maths School, part of the Frontier Learning Trust. The successful candidate will provide technical support to staff and students across the school.

**About the School** The Imperial Maths School is a specialist sixth form based on the Woodhouse College site, which is a popular and oversubscribed 16-19 academy in north London. The school currently has 126 students and operates from temporary classrooms, with plans for a new building to accommodate 200 students.

**Responsibilities**

- Provide technical support to staff and students

- Resolve technical faults in a timely and efficient manner

- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize incoming tasks

**Requirements**

- GCSE passes in Maths and English or equivalent

- At least a year of practical experience in an IT helpdesk, desktop support, or technician role

- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving technical faults

- Excellent communication skills, with a patient and professional manner when assisting staff and students
