The Creative Intelligence Unit produces impactful creatives that deliver business results. You'll lead the AI-powered creative revolution, defining how Meesho creates and scales content.

**Your Mission: Lead the AI-Powered Creative Revolution** As the Production Head, you'll lead the charge in defining how Meesho creates and scales content. You'll be instrumental in captivating audiences in India's Tier 2, 3, and 4 cities by shaping the motion and video content strategy.

**What You'll Be Doing (and Loving!)**

- Set the Vision: Lead Meesho's motion and video content strategy across all marketing channels and in-app experiences.

- End-to-End Production: Oversee the entire creation pipeline for dynamic video content.

- AI at the Core: Use GenAI tools as primary accelerators for ideation, content creation, visual refinement, and scaling production.

- Cultural Storytelling: Develop insight-led and culturally relevant visual narratives.

- Motion-First Design: Build a cutting-edge, motion-first design language.

- Operational Excellence: Create and own execution playbooks and quality standards.

- Creative Experimentation: Champion constant experimentation and content testing.

- Team Leadership & Growth: Recruit, mentor, and lead a passionate team of motion designers, editors.

- Cross-Functional Impact: Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and growth teams.

- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously monitor shoot and motion trends, platform behaviors, and regional content culture.
