## Description

Ford Energy is seeking a Senior Associate Human Resources to join their team in Glendale, KY. As a dynamic, advisory role, this position balances operational execution with employee advocacy, supporting the rollout of HR processes, assisting in investigations, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

**Responsibilities**

- Employee Relations & Business Partnership: Build relationships with supervisors, identify HR solutions, foster an inclusive environment, conduct investigations, and ensure compliance with laws.

- HR Operations & Compliance: Support timekeeping administration, ensure compliance with labor laws, maintain accurate records, and monitor key workforce metrics.

- Talent Management & Support: Assist in new hire orientation, support talent management processes, and collaborate with safety and occupational health leads.

**Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.

- 1-2 years' experience working in a manufacturing, construction, or fast-paced food service environment, or similar.

- 1-2 years of experience in HR, administrative, customer service, or fast-paced office environment.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and SharePoint.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a multicultural environment.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
