## Description

We are seeking a Vice President - Private Banker to establish and nurture profitable partnerships with corporate and individual clients. You will act as a bridge between the bank's offerings and clients' needs, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term success.

**Accountabilities:**

- Manage client relationships to identify financial goals, challenges, and risk tolerance.

- Research and understand the client's industry trends, regulatory landscape, and competitive environment.

- Design customized solutions addressing client needs and objectives.

- Communicate the value proposition of proposed solutions and negotiate terms.

- Provide guidance to clients on financial decisions, investment advice, and risk management.

- Assess financial, legal, and operational risks associated with client relationships.

- Document client interactions, transactions, and agreements.

- Monitor client satisfaction, revenue generated, and other relevant metrics.

**Vice President Expectations:**

- Contribute to or set strategy, drive requirements, and make recommendations for change.

- Plan resources, budgets, and policies; manage and maintain policies/processes.

- Deliver continuous improvements and escalate breaches of policies/procedures.

- Demonstrate leadership and accountability for managing risk and strengthening controls.

- Collaborate with other areas of work to achieve business-aligned support.

- Create solutions based on sophisticated analytical thought.

- Adopt and include the outcomes of extensive research in problem-solving processes.

- Seek out, build, and maintain trusting relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

**Requirements:**

- CACS 1 & 2 certified

This role is regulated by MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore).
