## Description

As the Supply Chain Strategy & Planning Lead, you will be the analytical engine behind the long-term efficiency and growth of our logistics network.

You will connect raw data to executive decision-making, with ownership of the design and financial sustainability of our logistics network and consumer-facing shipping programs.

You'll work closely with Finance on FP&A to translate supply chain strategy into budgets, forecasts, and P&L impact, ensuring our plans remain financially durable while supporting business growth.

Responsibilities:

- Supply-chain-related FP&A Ownership (Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance)

- Strategic Growth Support (Business Cases)

- Network Design (Strategy & Planning)

- Fee Structure Design (Pricing, Unit Economics & P&L)

- Core Metrics, Data Collaboration & Monitoring

Qualifications:

- 4 years of experience in supply chain strategy, FP&A, management consulting, or business analytics (e-commerce or logistics preferred)

- Strong proficiency in SQL, plus visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

- Proven ability to turn complex datasets into actionable strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders

- Demonstrated experience in network modeling, financial modeling, or incentive/subsidy structure design

- Experience working with Finance on budgeting/forecasting, P&L drivers, and variance analysis

- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a first-principles approach to ambiguous operational challenges

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
