**About the Role**

Support the development and implementation of protection products, including critical illness, medical and accident products. Ensure timely, accurate and high-quality deliverables.

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

- Collect market information and conduct competitive analysis to support product development

- Assist in product design and development cycles

- Develop product literature, launch packs and presentation materials

- Conduct User Acceptance Tests (UAT) for different systems

- Prepare business reports and review product literature from other departments

- Coordinate with various departments for product launches and regulatory initiatives

- Participate in Product Implementation Taskforce and PGS regular meetings

- Assist in product maintenance tasks for in-force business

- Assist in ad-hoc projects and other duties as required

**Minimum Job Requirements:**

- University/College graduate, actuarial science or related background preferred

- Experienced in insurance products development and implementation with UAT experience preferred (Senior Analyst)

- Self-starter with good analytical ability

- Creative with innovative thinking and customer-oriented

- Team player with positive attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills

- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing

- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
