### About the Role

You'll be part of the 영업운영팀 (Sales Operations Team), which supports various sales channels, sets sales strategies, and manages sales data.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Providing sales support and operational assistance

- Managing and analysing sales performance and monitoring results

- Organising events and providing on-site sales support

- Overseeing contract quality and maintenance rates

### Requirements

- Experience in sales support or operations within an insurance company or GA

- Intermediate-level document writing skills (including Photoshop and Excel)

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities

- Data analysis and sales planning skills

- A proactive and friendly attitude

- Ability to travel to different locations as needed

### Working Conditions

- Employment type: Full-time

- Salary and benefits: According to company regulations

- Work location: AIA Tower, 16, Tongil-ro 2-gil, Jung-gu, Seoul
