## Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Aviva AutoCare Centre in Mississauga. As the face of our collision repair facility, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, collecting and returning vehicles, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Take initiative and prioritize duties to drive high levels of customer satisfaction

- Provide customer repair updates using agreed methods

- Collect excess payments in a timely and accurate manner

- Resolve customer queries with professionalism and a customer-first approach

- Commit to an environment of continuous improvement

- Safely handle customer vehicles, including pickup and return

- Make decisions that positively impact the site and customer

- Promote Aviva AutoCare Centre values and goals

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education

- Valid driver's license

- Experience in the collision repair industry

- Knowledge of collision repair industry and insurance principles

- Solid knowledge of automotive/equipment preventative maintenance, refurbishment, and repair practices

- Adaptability and openness to change

- Proficiency using body shop management systems

- Strong customer-focused background with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to multi-task and work under pressure

- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills

- Outstanding customer service abilities

- Detail-oriented with exceptional quality control
