## Description

Are you looking for a career where you can make a difference in the lives of children with autism? Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking an Autism Support Specialist to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments.

As an Autism Support Specialist, you will implement individualized treatment plans and programs, collect data, and collaborate with peers and supervisors. You will also participate in staff meetings and trainings.

## Responsibilities and Duties

- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in clinic environments

- Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA

- Data collection and session note submission

- Collaborate with peers and supervisors

- Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings

- You must have a vehicle and valid drivers license to commute from each location and be prompt to appointments

- Other duties as assigned.

## Qualifications and Skills

- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder

- Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication

- The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families

- Valid state identification card

- Reliable transportation

- Must pass a criminal background check
