## Description

CoreWeave is seeking a Sr Data Center Design Manager to lead and manage the design process for its global data center portfolio. The successful candidate will oversee the work of data center providers, ensuring designs meet project requirements and are executed to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the design and coordination of multiple data center projects concurrently

- Act as the primary point of contact for design-related items

- Coordinate with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and external consultants

- Apply CoreWeave Design & Engineering Guidelines and industry best practices

- Track and document any deviations from the Basis of Design

- Work with the Construction Management team to prepare, review, and monitor project schedules, budgets, and forecasts

- Review and evaluate OFCI equipment submittals

- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback

- Assist with RFPs for A/E consultants and commissioning agents

- Prepare and deliver detailed project reports

- Provide regular project updates to internal and external stakeholders

- Conduct site visits during construction to review design implementation

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams

- Contribute to internal design team meetings, proposing and exploring new technologies or design concepts

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (MEP discipline preferred)

- 7+ years of experience in data center engineering or design

- Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure systems

- Experience with large-scale, high-density data centers and cloud infrastructure

- Proven ability to manage complex projects

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
