As an IHCRA at ICON, you will support the execution and management of clinical trials, contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.

**Responsibilities**

You will take responsibility for clinical trial monitoring deliverables, applying your skills to ensure quality and efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

- Controlling the contract full details

- Leading the contract negotiation, and managing site payments

- Coordinating the day-to-day operations of clinical studies, including site management, participant recruitment, and data collection

- Ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory guidelines throughout the study lifecycle

- Providing training and support to site staff and investigators on study protocols and operational procedures

**Your Profile**

- Advanced degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, nursing, or healthcare administration

- Extensive experience in clinical study coordination or clinical trial management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry

- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements, and GCP

- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple studies simultaneously

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
