## Description

As a Sourcing Specialist – Tapes & Films at 3M's Global Capability Centre (GCC) in India, you will work as an individual contributor supporting sourcing and supplier management activities across 3M businesses and divisions.

You will collaborate with global category teams, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive category performance, support strategic sourcing initiatives, and contribute to effective supplier relationships within the Tapes & Films category.

Key responsibilities include:

- Overseeing procurement and supplier management for the Tapes & Films category

- Driving sourcing strategies to reduce total cost, improve working capital, and strengthen supplier performance

- Supporting supplier selection, negotiations, and dual sourcing

- Using sourcing data and analytics to conduct spend, supplier, market, and cost assessments

- Leading and supporting supplier contract negotiations with 3M Division stakeholders and 3M Legal

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or higher

- Minimum 5 years of combined experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Project Management, Supply Chain, or related business functions

- Strong procurement experience, preferably with outsource manufacturing suppliers and plastic film production processes
