We are the Tech Hub Private Cloud, part of KPN System Integrator for Business Netherlands. We offer advanced IT services from our unique, secure Private Cloud, aligned with the needs of our customers. As Lead Application Optimization Corporate, you will play a key role in modernizing IT environments for leading companies. Your team consists of diverse professionals with their own expertise within the technical application landscapes of customers. As Lead, you are responsible for developing and managing KPN environments for customer applications and workloads, including integrations with public Cloud and relevant tools, automation, and orchestration. You set ambitious goals and raise the bar, always putting customer focus central. You understand how our customers' developers work and provide them with optimal support to continuously develop and release.

In addition to your role as Lead, you also fulfill the role of Product Owner, guiding the backlog, setting clear priorities, and ensuring optimal capacity utilization so that your team delivers maximum value for our customers.

Qualifications:

- Specialist technical knowledge of application services and understanding technical possibilities and limitations

- Providing technical advice to stakeholders, making decisions on architecture choices and technical designs

- Actively seeking collaboration with stakeholders at customers and KPN, and target-group-oriented communication

- Focusing on quality and relevance of KPN services in relation to customer needs and competitor services

- Continuously improving the organization, attracting top talent, and helping colleagues develop

- Being a fantastic team player who strives for collective success and translates goals into concrete actions for the team and individual colleagues

Requirements:

- HBO level of education and thinking

- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Inspirational, authentic, and connecting leadership

- Knowledge/understanding of relevant technological ICT developments, particularly in application environments

- Certifications in technical domains are a plus

- Certified Product Owner is a plus
