## Description

We are seeking a Commercial Senior Manager to play a key role in driving good commercial outcomes across the Starling Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing analysis, models, and management information to enable management to make well-evidenced decisions on customer value, deposit pricing, and product economics.

The role involves:

- Building and maintaining cohort-level models of customer value

- Analysing acquisition and incentive performance

- Quantifying the value impact of mix shifts and changes in funding rate and balance behaviour

- Supporting the analysis of engagement, primacy, and the back book

- Preparing deposit pricing proposals and modelling margin and growth trade-offs

- Producing weekly and monthly commercial packs

- Maintaining a definitions library and flagging changes in metric calculations

- Working with Data to build and maintain reliable data sources and dashboards

- Acting as a link between Finance and business units to model commercial impacts

- Challenging assumptions in business cases and decisions

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of high-quality experience working in a commercial role in a relevant industry, such as Finance, Strategy, Consultancy, Investment Banking, or Fintech. Key technical skills include advanced Excel, data visualisation, attention to detail, and commercial understanding.
