## Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Operations & Middle Office Projects team at Millennium, a global alternative investment firm. The successful candidate will lead the project pipeline between Operations & Middle Office and Technology, overseeing initiatives from initiation through implementation.

Responsibilities:

- Lead projects supporting Private Credit, Loans, CLOs, and related operational workflows

- Partner with stakeholders across departments to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria

- Develop detailed work plans, project documentation, and other artifacts needed to support effective execution

- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies early, and recommend practical solutions to maintain delivery momentum

- Provide regular project and program reporting on status, key deliverables, milestones, risks, and mitigating actions

- Manage project budgets and resource allocations to support timely, effective delivery

- Create clear, effective presentations for senior management that synthesize raw data into actionable information

Requirements:

- 4–8 years of project management experience within a financial services or consulting environment

- Strong knowledge of trading workflows, operations, technology, and financial products

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong attention to detail, thoroughness, and personal ownership of deliverables

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio

- Experience using project management tools and applying standard project management methodologies
