The Advanced Online Software Engineer will help build networked game experiences for EA Sports titles, focusing on EA SPORTS FC. You will work on implementing, maintaining, and improving new features and technology for the game's online experiences.

**Responsibilities:**

- Implement server features, components, and services using EA's central technologies.

- Develop and maintain client code to support features and enhance multiplayer experiences.

- Optimize client and server online systems for better latency, reliability, scalability, performance, and memory.

- Design and improve architecture and infrastructure for live systems and workflows.

- Collaborate with partner teams to set up and maintain online infrastructure and services.

- Own experiences across the full stack, from UI in the game client to backend services and databases.

**Qualifications:**

- 6+ years of software development experience with strong C++ skills.

- Experience with multi-threaded/concurrent architectures and networked applications.

- Familiarity with database technologies and networking protocols.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
