## Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to provide patient care.

Responsibilities:

- Assist physical therapists in the treatment of patients

- Conduct exercises and treatments as directed by the physical therapist

- Maintain accurate records of patient progress

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Completion of a physical therapist assistant program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE)

- Current licensure as a physical therapist assistant in the state of Indiana
