As a Proposals Development Associate II at ICON, you will contribute to the development of client proposals, supporting the success of clinical trial projects, and advancing innovative treatments and therapies in healthcare.

**Responsibilities**

You will take responsibility for proposal development deliverables, applying your skills to ensure quality and efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

- Leading the preparation and development of client proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and scope of work documents.

- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, project management, and finance, to gather necessary information and ensure proposal accuracy and completeness.

- Conducting comprehensive research and analysis to understand client requirements, competitive landscape, and market trends, informing proposal development strategies.

- Managing proposal process workflows, including tracking proposal status, coordinating review cycles, and ensuring adherence to internal processes and timelines.

- Maintaining proposal templates, databases, and other tools to support efficient and effective proposal development and management.

**Your Profile**

You will bring relevant proposal development experience, along with the following qualifications and skills:

- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in proposal development, clinical research, or related roles within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry.

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with proposal management software or CRM systems is a plus.

- Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%).
