## Description

As a Customer and Trading Manager - Convenience at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a store, often being the only manager present and accountable for the full shop.

You will work closely with a small team of managers to ensure the store runs smoothly every day, taking responsibility for product availability, safety standards, and delivering seamless daily operations.

Your role will also involve people management, including managing performance and capability, conducting disciplinaries, and ensuring scheduling and pay are accurate.

The salary for this role is £31,700 per annum, dependent on experience, store size, complexity, and location.
