## Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated F&B Supervisor (Banquet) to join our team at Soho House Istanbul.

## Qualifications

You will have minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within a reputable hotel. A degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management is a plus. You will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude with a proactive and solution-oriented approach, excellent personal grooming and professional appearance, strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members, and excellent organisational and time management skills. You will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

## Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Supervising daily banquet operations to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

- Motivating team members and promoting a positive, collaborative team environment.

- Coordinating and supporting new team members during their trial and onboarding periods.

- Attending scheduled training sessions and ensuring team participation.

- Encouraging team members to maximise sales opportunities and revenue.

- Preparing weekly staff schedules and coordinating monthly training sessions.

- Ensuring compliance with service standards and operational procedures.
