## Description

We are seeking a Lead Data Analyst to join our team in St Louis, MO. As a Lead Data Analyst, you will lead data analytics tasks by defining, prioritising, and setting timelines to deliver agricultural data insights and analytic requirements and research projects.

Requirements include a Master's degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, or a closely-related quantitative field, and 3 years of experience in an agricultural, geospatial, and/or biotechnology environment. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in these fields with 5 years of progressive post-Bachelor's experience will also be considered.

This role allows for telecommuting from a home office location within a reasonable commuting distance of St. Louis, MO, up to 3 days per week. Up to 5% U.S. travel is required.

The salary range for this position is between $124,000.00 and $140,000.00 per year, with additional compensation potentially including a bonus or commission. Benefits include healthcare, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, and more.
