As a Manager (Loss Adjusting Services), you will be a direct report to the CEO in Singapore. Your responsibilities will include developing technical support and strategy, growing the business unit, delivering services, and leading a team of adjusters. You will also act as an ambassador of Sedgwick's vision, strategy, and behavioural values.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

- Managing a file/claims load and seeking to achieve a high standard of professional work

- Conducting thorough investigations to determine coverage and validity of claims

- Examining insurance policies and other documents to determine coverage

- Negotiating claims settlements in line with client contracts

- Preparing reports of findings and negotiating settlements with clients

- Responding to insureds, carriers, and brokers in a timely manner

- Providing technical advice to team members

- Assisting with business development and marketing

- Providing support, guidance, and motivation to promote maximum performance

- Achieving key target performance

- Ensuring technical accuracy and producing high-quality reports

- Developing and building client relationships and partnerships

- Contributing to the maintenance of best practice procedures for claims

- Ensuring compliance with operation, CR, and H&S procedures and policies

The requirements for this role include:

- A Bachelor's degree or holds ACLA, CILA, CIP, ANZIIF certification

- Previous experience in a similar position, ideally from a business operating in similar markets

- Minimum 3 years of leadership/managerial experience

- Understanding of the insurance industry

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Demonstrated ability to drive change and improve operational efficiency
