## Description

We are seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Sandhills Court Care Home in Scunthorpe. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in driving a team of Care Assistants, delivering high-quality personal care to our residents, and inspiring and developing your team to be their best.

You will have completed or be working towards an NVQ3 in care, with previous experience in the role and a passion for making a real difference to people's lives. You will be trained on our new digital care system, which is transforming how we work, making things easier and letting you focus on clinical excellence and care for our residents.

Responsibilities:

- Drive and manage a team of Care Assistants, including responsibility for all shift handovers

- Help with training and supervision of new staff members

- Build relationships with residents, their families, and external teams such as GPs and District Nurses

- Assist residents with a range of personal care duties
